Anna grew up in North Carolina, moving to New York, Philadelphia and Chicago during the early years of her marriage and then back to Chapel Hill 10 years later and has called it home ever since. She has had careers in professional theatre, new business development, long-term care and has been in the “legal” profession since 2005. Anna is married, has two adult sons and two granddaughters (the joy of her life)!
Jeanne is a former member of the Durham & Orange County Association of Legal Secretaries where she served in many offices for the association. Jeanne also served as former President of the North Carolina Association of Legal Secretaries. Jeanne grew up on her family farm in the Walnut Grove community of northern Orange County. Jeanne and her husband, Donnie, still reside on the family farm. They have two daughters who are married and live in Orange County. Jeanne and Donnie love spending time with their grandchildren, Joshua and Lauren. Jeanne’s favorite hobbies are photography and scrapbooking.
She has worked in the clerical field for 25 years and has been a wonderful addition to our firm. Diane is married to Tim Dees and has two wonderful children, Matt and Michelle. She grew up in Southern California and moved to Hillsborough, North Carolina with her husband and son in 1991. She found the people here so warm and friendly and feels Orange County is a wonderful place to raise her family. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafts, gardening and taking long walks with her husband.
Lisa was born in Wilson, North Carolina. She moved to Durham and graduated from Northern High School. She attended Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, North Carolina. She now resides in Hillsborough lives with her husband of 26 years, Ronnie Gammon, and their daughter, Hannah Gammon. She is a member of Agape Baptist Church in Mebane, North Carolina, serving as church pianist and a member of Agape Praise and the Agape Church Choir. Lisa is a former member of the Durham & Orange Counties Association of Legal Secretaries where she served in many capacities for the association.
Lesia has a wonderful sense of humor and a very sharp wit that is only exercised on special occasions. We are very thankful to continue to have Lesia as our receptionist.
Helen is Sam Coleman’s right hand assistant handling traffic and criminal matters in Orange County. She also does an excellent job handling estates. Helen is a member of Hillsborough United Church of Christ and has served in numerous areas within the church. She enjoys family time, reading and occasional trips to the beach. Helen looks forward to coordinating your traffic and criminal matters with Sam Coleman in whatever county they may occur.
Part-time Staff
Judy Cooper is our part-time receptionist who serves the firm on Fridays. She has come out of retirement to fill a void on our Fridays so Lesia can have a day off. She has a warm personality and dispenses greetings to all who comes through our doors or call.
